Several of My Works Cited in a Recent Fifth Circuit Decision

Unfortunately, in the dissent from the en banc decision to not rehear NRA et al. v. BATF (5th Cir. 2013) concerning the legal minimum age for sales of handguns to 18-20 year olds.  There are actually at least four citations to my work there.
